Ja'Marr Chase—one of the best wide receivers and most exciting young players in the NFL—had a huge day on the field, and tweeted out a photo of a 7-Eleven location with the simple caption “7/11”.
He sent this post out as an über-confident reminder to the world that, just like 7/11, he is “always open” & also mentioned us in a post-game interview.
So we got on it, and FAST—creating a Website, Merchandise line and getting 7-Eleven on-field in less than one week's time.
Ja’Marr rocked a 7-Eleven gold chain on the field, just another reminder of his openness.
The internet loved it.
We immediately bought a few URLs and created a website to host a new merch collection called IsJamarrOpen.com (The answer? Yes.)
We quickly Signed Ja’Marr to a deal and created a line of merchandise called the “Always Open Collection”
We Teased the drop with a shot of Chase and our URL., while Ja’Marr debuted the merch on his pregame tunnel walk from the team bus to the field
On game day, we dropped a “rebrand” of 7-Eleven locations
